Permanent Exhibition: The Honten Ichigo-gura Brewery and the Making of Sake

A wooden sake brewery built in the early Taisho era and in use until March 1969, preserved and opened as it was. The brewing process is laid out step by step with life-size figures of the workers and the tools they actually used, showing how sake comes into being. Admission free.
