Historical Materials of the Ishikawa Central Urban Area: Turning Points

A joint exhibition of historical materials held across the Ishikawa Central Urban Area — Hakusan, Kanazawa, Kahoku and Nonoichi cities with the towns of Tsubata and Uchinada — this time on the theme of turning points. The Hakusan City Museum itself presents the swordmaking of Masamine Sumitani, a Living National Treasure, alongside the work of Haya Akegarasu and Hakka Matsumoto, a reconstruction of the Yokoe-no-sho manor site, and farming tools and other folk material.
