Becoming a Seafarer / Yasujiro Ito: A Little-Known Painter of Ships

The annual special exhibition of the Kobe University Maritime Museum, on the ground floor of the auditorium at the Fukae campus. It follows the path into a seafarer's career alongside the work of Yasujiro Ito, a little-known painter of ships. The museum is closed from 10 August to 8 October 2026 while the exhibition is installed.
